Conditions for all packages: the above-mentioned rates are starting from, per night, per person depending on the number of rooms in the condo. Upon availability. taxes extra. Subject to change without notice. Certain conditions apply. Some Saturdays may require a minimum of 2 nights and an extra charge may be applied. The Christmas Holiday may require a minimum of 3 nights lodging and some extra charges may be applied. The cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival except for the Holiday season which has a 15 days cancellation policy. Pets are not allowed and will result in a $100 fine. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $100 fine.
